Billing, Cancellations & Refunds

Our promise: We are customer-focused. If you are unhappy, we will work with you. We also protect the platform from abuse so we can keep a strong free service available to everyone.

✅ Refunds (Yes, we do them)

If you request a refund, we may approve it based on reasonable use and account history. If a refund is granted, your account will be moved to the Free/Basic plan and premium access will be locked.

🛡️ Abuse Prevention

We do not allow “use-and-refund” behavior (for example: enabling premium tools, consuming premium resources heavily, exporting results, then requesting a refund).
