Web3 Files Network provides tools that assist users in uploading data to the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). After upload, IPFS returns a Content Identifier (CID).

We store and display CIDs in your account for organization, reference, and management. We do not host, store, or control the underlying file contents.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for any content you upload or reference.
• You must have legal rights to upload and distribute the content.
• You understand that IPFS content may be permanent and publicly accessible.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

5. Free and Paid Plans

We offer a free plan and optional paid subscriptions. Paid plans unlock additional features, limits, and tools.

• Plan limits and features may change.
• Abuse of free or paid plans may result in enforcement actions.
• Billing, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Billing & Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. You grant Web3 Files Network a limited license to operate the Services, including displaying CIDs, metadata, and account references.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or prohibited purposes as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Enforcement and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, downgrade, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or related policies. Enforcement actions affect access to our Services and tools — not the IPFS network itself.

9. DMCA and Copyright

Copyright claims are handled under our DMCA Policy. Because IPFS is decentralized, our ability to act is limited to services we operate.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, permanence, or accessibility of IPFS content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web3 Files Network shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web3 Files Network from claims arising out of your content, use of the Services, or violation of these Terms.
